Concept Plus ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Citi Vacation Home Rental L.L.C, provides a holiday-home management platform for property owners and investors. This policy explains what data we process and how we protect it. It also covers our use of the QuickBooks Online and Hostaway integrations.
Information we process
- Accounting data (QuickBooks Online): with your authorisation, we read accounting records — profit & loss, balance sheet, invoices, bills, customers, vendors, classes, accounts and balances — to display financial reporting for your properties. Access is read-only; we never create, edit or delete records in your QuickBooks company.
- Reservation & listing data (Hostaway): bookings, guests, payouts, occupancy and listing details used to operate and report on your units.
- Owner & contact details: names, emails and phone numbers of owners, investors and team members for account management.
How we use it
- To produce financial, payout, occupancy and maintenance reports.
- To reconcile owner statements and bank/cash positions.
- To operate pricing, channel and field-operations workflows.
How we protect it
- Connections use OAuth 2.0; we store only encrypted access/refresh tokens, never your QuickBooks or bank passwords.
- Access to financial reporting is restricted to authorised finance accounts.
- Secrets and credentials are kept server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
Data sharing & retention
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers required to deliver the platform (QuickBooks/Intuit, Hostaway, payment and card providers). We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required by law, and remove access tokens on disconnection.
Your choices
You can disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time from your Intuit account, which revokes our access. To request access to, or deletion of, your data, contact us.
