CitiHome manages holiday homes across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. If you introduce a homeowner who signs with us — or a guest who books direct — you are paid a referral fee for as long as that property earns.

Exact terms, the referral window and payment schedule are set out in the Independent Agency Agreement you will receive. Referral fees follow successful rental transactions only.

Training included

You are trained before you represent us

Once your agreement is signed, your partner portal opens with the Academy: five short modules — about an hour in total — covering what you may say on our behalf and what you may not. Finish them, pass a six-question exam (70% to pass), and the server issues you a Certified Holiday-Home Advisor certificate with a number anyone can verify. No prior real-estate experience is required.
